Be a part of the 2012 Gala Team!
We are currently looking for volunteers to assist us with the many committees that make our Gala a huge success! Please find a committee that interests you and fill out the form below to sign up! Thank you in advance for your time. Without you this Gala would not be possible.

Sponsorship (need 1 lead person + 4 helpers)
- Solicit Sponsors for the Gala and provide form for Sponsor to complete
- Coordinate Sponsor benefits (logo on all Gala material at school and other promos)

Live Auction (need 2 lead people + 4 helpers)
- Solicit and Coordinate Live (Big Ticket) auction items.
- Provide posters of Travel Destinations
- Confirm Auctioneer and coordinate auction item details

Silent Auction (need 2 lead people + 5 helpers)
- Determine items for auction & coordinate with committee team who will contact which businesses for items
- 10 people to help organize tables by category, determine number of items per category
- Set up and Close tables night of auction (one person per category)
- Create bid sheet and proof against program

Check In & Check Out (need 6 people)
- Greet guests, provide bid#, program, run credit card machines, cash boxes, retrieve donated items for winners and close out sales for guests

Decorations (need 3 people)
- Provide Balloons and signs for each table and throughout venue

Photographer (need 1 person)
- Take pictures through the evening and offer pictures of guests at discount (possibly)

Special guest invitations (need 1 person) – FILLED
- Order and send special guest invites

Thank you letters (need 1 lead person and 2 helpers) – FILLED
- Generate and mailing letters thanking donors and sponsors
